I obtained only one estimate because Steve Mercer projected such a strong sense of integrity and work ethic and this was apparent in the whole team; Steve McCue, Stan and Paul. The price worked, the work was done efficiently and looks great. I even noticed a couple of extra touches after they left that were greatly appreciated but not part of the actual job. Steve Mercer followed up after the installation to ensure I know how to get the most out of my new window purchase. A very impressive organization and a pleasure to meet everyone.
